Daniel is an associate in the Real Estate Group of our Toronto office. The primary focus of Daniel’s practice is commercial leasing, including office and retail leasing. Prior to joining the Firm, Daniel worked as in-house counsel for a global real estate investor, where he worked on retail and office leasing, the disposition of commercial real estate, and the development of retail shopping centres and office developments.

Prior to joining Osler, as in-house counsel representing ownership:
- Retail leasing for several outlet and full price shopping centres and mixed-use developments across Canada.
- Major office leases including a 1.2 million square foot lease renewal in Manhattan, a 300,000 square foot new lease in Denver, and a 300,000 square foot new lease in Downtown Toronto in a new office development.
- Total and partial dispositions of various retail and office assets across Canada, including the disposition of a partial interest of a dominant regional Shopping Centre in Ontario and the creation of a new joint venture.
