David is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services group. He joined the firm as a summer student and subsequently completed his articles, rotating through the Financial Services, Tax, Insolvency and Restructuring, and Emerging and High Growth Companies groups.
Before entering law school, David worked in the energy sector for leading global engineering-services firms and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary where he was actively involved in various student leadership roles and award-winning technical projects.
During law school, David sought to specialize in business law and pursued his keen interest through extensive involvement with the Business Law Clinic, Venture Law Society, and Tax Law Society at Queen’s University.
