David’s practice focuses on corporate tax planning in a public and private context, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance and capital market transactions both from a domestic and cross-border perspective. In particular, he has extensive experience advising pension funds/tax-exempt entities, income funds, real estate investment trusts and private equity sponsors.
