Davis is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring group in our Toronto office. She is developing a broad corporate and commercial practice focused on corporate restructuring and debtor/creditor law.
Davis graduated with a juris doctor from the University of Toronto and completed her articles with the firm in 2024. Prior to law school, she also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Toronto and completed the Canadian Securities Course.
