Denis is an associate in the Corporate Group in Osler’s Toronto office. He received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he worked as a research assistant for Professor Deborah MacGregor and volunteered with Calibrate Solutions, developing tools to automate statistical analyses for the annual Justice Development Goals Progress Report.
Denis also earned his M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, where he completed consulting projects for small businesses across Costa Rica, Chile, and Argentina.
Prior to law school, Denis completed his M.Sc. at the University of Toronto, where he researched biomarkers of anti-cancer compound response, and his B.Sc. at Queen’s University, where he conducted research in neuroscience.
Denis joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles with the firm in 2025.
