Diana is an attorney in the Corporate Group of our Toronto office. Her practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Osler in 2024, Diana practiced in the mergers and acquisitions group at a leading law firm in New York.
