Diana is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Toronto office. Her practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and general corporate matters.
Diana is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she teaches Mergers and Acquisitions in the Global Professional Master of Laws (GPLLM) program
Prior to joining Osler in 2024, Diana practiced in the mergers and acquisitions group at a leading law firm in New York.
