Douglass Dawson

Douglass advises both public and private companies on complex transactions and critical initiatives with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Drawing on her significant transactional experience and technical skill, Douglass provides strategic and practical advice to her clients on acquisitions and divestitures, consortium transactions, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and other complex corporate matters.

Douglass is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she co-teaches Mergers and Acquisitions in the Global Professional Master of Laws (GPLLM) program with Alex Gorka.
