Eileen Hanley

As manager of our corporate services, Eileen participates in the administration of the department and provides training and support to the law students and corporate paralegals. She assists the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various corporate transactions involving, among other things, mergers, acquisitions, arrangements and fiscal and commercial reorganizations. Eileen conducts minute book reviews and various corporate searches in the context of a due diligence. She also attends, with lawyers, at pre-closings and closings, and prepares for clients and lawyers of the firm, documentation relating to, among other things, incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share provisions, extra-provincial registrations, roll-overs, estate freezes and various other share transactions. Eileen has practised as a paralegal since 1994 and been with Osler since 2002.
