Emily is an associate in the Financial Services Group in the Toronto office.
Her practice focuses on a wide range of commercial financings, including project financing, domestic and cross-border lending, structured financings, and securitizations. Emily initially joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and 2023, and returned to complete her articles in 2024, which included a secondment to a major Canadian bank.
