Fraser’s practice is focused on private company mergers and acquisitions. As a trusted advisor, he routinely acts for Canadian and international clients operating in a wide range of industries, including private equity, information technology, biotechnology, healthcare, education, consumer goods, manufacturing and mining.
In addition to providing transactional advice, Fraser also advises clients on their corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial agreements and financings.
Prior to joining Osler, Fraser was an associate at another leading national law firm.
