Gregory Corosky

Gregory is an associate in the Privacy and Data Management group. He advises organizations across sectors on a range of privacy and marketing-related matters. Gregory regularly assists clients with data governance programs, interest-based advertising initiatives and data processing agreements, and advises on complex questions relating to health privacy, AI and emerging biometric, surveillance and anti-fraud technologies.

As an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), Gregory is familiar with Canadian privacy laws at federal, provincial and territorial levels, including in health-related contexts.

Gregory obtained his common and civil law degrees from McGill University. During law school, Gregory was Co-President of the McGill Business Law Association and worked as a Senior Editor for the McGill Journal of Law and Health. Prior to law school, Gregory obtained his MPhil in Global Public Health from the University of Bergen (Norway), and a B.A. Honours in Political Science and German Language from McGill University.
