Hillary is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, as well as general corporate matters.
Hillary completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Dean’s Gold Key Award and the Graduating Student Award for Exceptional Leadership in recognition of her contributions to the student government, the Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights (Osgoode Chapter), and the Korean Law Students Association.
During her time at Osgoode, she participated in the Osgoode Mediation Clinic and completed an exchange semester at the University of Edinburgh Law School. Prior to law school, Hillary obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto, graduating with high distinction.
Hillary joined Osler as a summer student in 2024 and completed her articles with the firm in 2025.
