Husnain is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group in Toronto. His practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Husnain is a graduate of the JD/MBA program at Western Law and the Ivey Business School. He was awarded the Bernard and Bessie Wolf Scholarship for achieving the highest academic average in the dual degree program. Prior to law school, Husnain worked in the banking industry and co-founded a startup.
Prior to joining Osler, Husnain completed his articles at a leading international law firm in Toronto.
