Jameel is an Associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and private equity transactions.
Jameel obtained his J.D. from Western Law, where he volunteered as a Case Manager with the Western Business Law Clinic and completed an internship with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Canada. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science in International Development from the University of Ottawa.
Jameel joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles with Osler in 2024–2025.
