Jasmyn Lee

Jasmyn is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group in the Toronto office. She practices commercial law and focuses on domestic and cross-border commercial lending. Jasmyn’s practice involves advising financial institutions, equity sponsors, and corporations on financing and corporate matters, including project finance, public private partnerships, acquisition financing, syndicated loans, derivatives, cross-border financing, secured credit, and securitizations.

In recent years, Jasmyn has been actively involved with the Canadian Alternative Reference Rate work group (CARR) related to the transition in the Canadian financial market from Canadian Dollar Offered Rate (CDOR) to the Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average (CORRA).  She is the co-Secretary of the CARR Accounting, Tax and Regulatory subgroup, and is involved in the CARR Loan Fallback Language working group and CARR Cash Securities subgroup.
