Jenna is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Vancouver office. She maintains a general corporate practice advising business clients on their day-to-day operations, governance, reorganizations, and major commercial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financings.

Jenna’s dual citizenship, her experience working overseas, and her prior roles at Osler mean she can offer both a Canadian and international lens in a wide range of national and cross-border sectors, including private equity, energy, resources and trade, competition, innovation, and technology.
