Jessica Silverman

Jessica is an Associate in Osler’s Employment and Labour Group. Jessica represents both private and public sector employers on a wide range of employment law and labour relations issues, including employment contracts and workplace policies, employee terminations, employment standards legislation, human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety, and collective bargaining matters. She also advises employers on the employment and labour law aspects of complex corporate transactions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Osler, Jessica worked as a Pensions, Benefits, and Executive Compensation Associate at a pre-eminent Canadian law firm.
