Jessie Armour

Jessie is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.

Jessie completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, during which she acted as a Research Assistant to Professor Poonam Puri. Prior to law school, Jessie obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and worked in marketing at a large Canadian telecommunications company.

Jessie joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022.
