Joseph is an associate in the Real Estate Group of our Montréal office.
His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and commercial leasing. He advises landlords, tenants, and investors on the structuring and negotiation of complex agreements, with a focus on optimizing transaction outcomes and managing asset-specific legal and commercial risks.
Joseph supports clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their real estate investments, from acquisition and development through leasing and ongoing portfolio management. He is known for delivering practical, solutions-oriented advice that facilitates efficient deal execution while effectively managing risk.
He regularly works with REITs and private investors on complex transactions involving industrial, commercial, office, and mixed-use assets, offering insight grounded in both market knowledge and a strong understanding of client priorities.
His prior experience in litigation and academic background in urban planning further enhance his ability to anticipate risks, address regulatory constraints, and provide strategic, business-focused guidance.
