Joseph is an Associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on corporate governance, shareholder activism, crisis response strategies, and public disclosure.
Prior to joining Osler, Joseph was an Associate at a leading corporate governance boutique, where he advised boards, special committees, management teams, and other stakeholders on corporate governance and securities law.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor from McGill University. He received an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, graduating with the Silver Medal for the Faculty of Arts and the highest academic standing among honours graduates in the Department of Philosophy. Additionally, he has completed the Canadian Securities Course, offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
