As Senior Manager, Osler Dash, Julia manages the Firm's first automated platform for managing franchise disclosure and contracting, Osler Dash. Julia oversees the client onboarding process and ongoing service delivery excellence, product strategy and sales processes, product development roadmap and day-to-day operations of Dash.

Prior to this role, Julia worked with both the Firm’s Practice Management and Innovation teams. In her role within Practice Management, Julia focused on the pricing and tracking of legal services across the firm, which included the development of fee estimates and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), as well as project managing complex client matters. On the Innovation team, Julia collaborated with firm lawyers and business side personnel to develop and implement new innovative legal products and services.
