Julie is a paralegal in Osler’s Corporate group. She has experience attending to the preparation of annual resolutions, declarations and reports, extra-provincial registrations, registrations in Québec as well as incorporations, amendments, continuations, dissolutions and minute book reviews. Julie is also assisting senior paralegals with closings of various transactions as well as public filings on SEDI, SEDAR and the TSX.
