Katherine (Kathy) Guilmette has worked in the trademarks field since 1990 and is highly experienced in all facets of Canadian trademark practice. She practises in our Ottawa office where she is primarily involved in the preparation, filing and prosecution of Canadian trademark applications, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and licensing and enforcement of trademark rights. Kathy also handles filings for the registration of trademarks around the world through Osler’s extensive network of foreign associate firms.

Kathy has been a registered Canadian Trademark Agent since 2005.
