Khrystal, a Law Clerk, is a member of Osler Works – Disputes. Her practice primarily focuses on complex litigation matters with 10 years of experience.
Khrystal supports the lawyers in our Litigation group at all stages of litigation, including but not limited to, document collection, examination for discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial. She manages document-intensive matters from inception to resolution performing tasks such as drafting pleadings, affidavits of documents, bills of costs, and enforcement documents.
Khrystal has extensive experience liaising with various courts, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada and using their platforms throughout court proceedings.
