Kim has experience in all types of corporate transactions including incorporations, dissolutions, amalgamations, continuances, annual resolutions, extra-provincial registrations and maintenance of corporate records. Her experience also includes minute book reviews and related remedial work. She also has experience working with not-for-profit companies. Kim has been a law clerk since 2001 and has been with Osler since 1997.
