Lauren maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on corporate and securities litigation, class action defence and commercial arbitration.
Lauren has significant trial and arbitration experience, including domestic, international, institutional and ad hoc arbitrations. She has experience defending privacy, securities, consumer, and product liability class actions. Her practice also includes a wide variety of corporate and commercial litigation, including, shareholder disputes, corporate governance and oppression claims. Lauren has represented clients in a broad range of industries including, financial institutions and mining, technology, automotive and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining Osler as an articling student, Lauren obtained her J.D. at the University of Toronto.
