Leah Gidge is a Junior Securities Law Clerk focusing on dealer and adviser registrations and exemptions. Leah supports the firm’s Investment Funds and Asset Management practice group and Capital Markets practice group. She assists with preparing and filing securities registration documents on the National Registration Database.
