Lee is an associate in our Corporate Group’s Executive Compensation practice. His practice focuses on advising clients on all matters relating to executive compensation, employee benefits, equity awards and employment issues arising in public and private M&A transactions, initial public offerings and other business transactions.
He advises public and private clients on a wide variety of compensation arrangements, including the design, implementation, governance, compliance and disclosure of same.
Lee obtained his J.D. from Queen’s University. During law school, he attended Bader College in the UK studying International Economic Law, International Commercial Law and Arbitration, as well as Public International Law.
