Lipi is an associate in Osler’s Disputes Group and a member of the Risk Management and Crisis Response team.
She advises clients on a wide range of complex commercial disputes and crisis management issues, with a particular focus on securities, regulatory enforcement issues, internal investigations, and class actions defence. Her commercial disputes practice also includes a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and oppression claims. Lipi has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. She represents clients in a broad range of industries including financial institutions, technology, and pharmaceutical companies.
Lipi is a graduate of McGill University’s combined civil and common law program. She is deeply committed to pro bono work and is an active contributor to Pro Bono Ontario’s initiatives. Lipi serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) as well as the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto.
