As Chief Human Resources Officer for Osler, Lori Gosling leads the firm’s talent management strategy for business professionals, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, legal support services, total rewards and HR operations. Previously, she served as Director, Human Resources for Osler.
Before joining Osler in 2014, she was the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Dominion of Canada General Insurance, a privately owned insurance organization.
With more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across the insurance and professional services industries, she has also held roles with Pilot Insurance Company and Rogers Communications.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College. She is also a member of the Homeward Bound Industry Council and a business mentor with the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC).
