Marie Elder

Marie is a Securities Law Clerk in Osler’s Corporate Group. She previously worked as a Securities Law Clerk at another large Canadian law firm. Marie is highly qualified and experienced with co-ordinating prospectuses and continuous disclosure filings, including preparing and organizing documents to be filed, and liaising with securities regulators for a range of issues including investment funds. She has experience in insider and early warning reporting and filing reports on SEDI or SEDAR with the appropriate Securities Commissions. She is also experienced in preparing and filing exempt trade reports. Marie is knowledgeable to the laws relevant to the securities practice including working knowledge of the Ontario Securities Act and the National Instruments, Forms and Policies.
