Michelle is a paralegal in the Emerging and High Growth Companies department of Osler’s Vancouver office. Michelle primarily assists in registering new entities and business names, coordinating annual filings, and maintaining minute books. She also handles corporate searches, due diligence reviews, and provides assistance on a variety of compliance and transactional matters. Michelle’s strong organization, time management, and keen eye for detail allow her to meet all statutory deadlines and provide excellent client support.
