Océane Egret

Océane is a Paralegal in the Real Estate Group of our Montréal office.

She has developed extensive experience in business law, with a particular focus on banking and financial services, corporate law, and real estate transactions. Throughout her career, Océane has gained a comprehensive understanding of the full transaction lifecycle, from due diligence through closing.

She plays an active role in managing and coordinating complex financing and corporate transactions, including the preparation and review of legal documentation such as loan agreements, security agreements, corporate resolutions, and purchase and sale agreements.

Océane also has significant experience conducting legal searches and registrations with various public registries, including the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR), the Québec Land Register, and the Québec Enterprise Register. She is involved in coordinating closing processes and ensuring compliance with transaction timelines and requirements.

Her background also includes experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, as well as notarial and real estate law, further enhancing her versatility and ability to contribute to a wide range of mandates. Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, Océane thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments while consistently delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Osler, Océane worked as an Intermediate Paralegal at a leading Montréal business law firm, where she contributed to numerous complex and high-value transactions.
