Sasha is an associate in the Construction Group of our Toronto office. His practice covers many aspects of commercial law with a focus on the construction and infrastructure industry.
Sasha assists clients with complex matters related to major infrastructure projects, commercial/industrial construction projects, and energy projects. Sasha’s experience includes preparing and advising on equipment supply agreements, supplementary conditions to the various standard forms of construction and architectural services contracts (e.g., various forms of CCDC and OAA contracts), bespoke construction and consulting contracts, procurement documents, and matters of regulatory compliance.
Sasha earned his J.D. from the Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Toronto Metropolitan University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Sasha joined Osler in 2024. Prior to joining Osler, Sasha worked as an in-house counsel to a Crown corporation where he advised internal clients on matters related to major infrastructure projects and private-public partnerships.
