Olga is an associate in the Financial Services Group of our Toronto office. She practices corporate finance with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border lending.
Olga’s experience includes acting for Canadian and international commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, and alternative and private credit providers, as well as corporate borrowers and issuers, in connection with senior and subordinated debt, asset-based and cash flow facilities, bridge loans, term lending, and other forms of debt financing.
She also advises a variety of businesses, including domestic and international financial institutions and FinTechs on all aspects of regulatory compliance matters at both the federal and provincial level. Olga’s experience includes advising on provincial and federal lending and insurance licensing matters, payments regulations and consumer protection matters, as well as assisting Schedule I, II and III banks in developing their general and consumer protection specific compliance libraries.
Prior to joining Osler, Olga practiced in the Banking & Financial Services Group at a large international firm.
