Rachel is an associate in the Osler Tax Group based in our Vancouver office. Her practice combines tax planning, tax disputes, and corporate work on private company mergers and acquisitions.
She completed her J.D. with a concentration in business law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. Prior to law school, Rachel received her B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, where she studied Mathematics and History.
During law school Rachel worked as a clinic head for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, acted as a member of the Allard School of Law’s Wellness Committee, and tutored students writing the LSAT.
