Raphaël’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and real estate.
As a trusted advisor, Raphaël has acted for public and private companies, boards of directors, special committees, private equity firms and sovereign funds (domestic and foreign) on a broad range of acquisitions, dispositions, securities offerings, fund formations and strategic partnerships.
He previously completed his articles and was an associate at Osler. Before returning to the firm, Raphaël worked as a partner at an investment firm focused on private equity, venture capital and real-estate opportunities.
