Renee is an associate in the Financial Services Group of our Calgary office. She advises lenders and borrowers on a broad range of transactions in banking, commercial and corporate lending, and real estate finance.
Prior to joining Osler, Renee practised at another Canadian law firm. She has also worked as a corporate banking analyst for a number of years at an international bank, where she structured and managed bilateral and syndicated loans for both domestic and international companies across a variety of sectors.
