Sanpreet is an associate in Osler’s Disputes group. She maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice.
Sanpreet completed her joint JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business. Prior to the JD/MBA program, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in finance.
While at Osgoode, Sanpreet served as the President of the Osgoode Bankruptcy & Insolvency Law Club for the 2023-2024 year. She was also the Co-Chair for the 25th Annual JD/MBA Business & The Law Conference. Additionally, Sanpreet was a caseworker in the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic and was also selected to participate in the two Advanced Business Law Workshops for Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions.
At Schulich, Sanpreet was part of the Schulich National MBA Case Competition team. With this team, she has represented Schulich in various national strategic and marketing case competitions.
Sanpreet joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and 2023 and then completed her articles with the firm in 2024-2025.
