Sara is an associate in Osler’s Health Industry Group. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial and regulatory healthcare matters.
Sara provides strategic advice to clients from the emerging and high-growth stage through to highly sophisticated health industry participants in connection with corporate transactions, commercial agreements and regulatory issues related to regulated products such as drugs, medical devices and food.
Sara joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm from 2022 to 2023. From 2023 to 2025, Sara was an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and general corporate matters.
