Sara Franklin-White

Sara is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and general corporate matters.

Sara received her JD from Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, Sara worked as an analyst for the Conflict Analytics Lab, where she assisted with the development of machine learning tools to improve access to justice through technology. Prior to law school, Sara worked for a leading financial services company in Toronto.

Sara joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm from 2022 to 2023.
