Sarah Sharp

Sarah is a senior associate with the Real Estate department. Her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, co-ownership, leasing and development of commercial properties.

She has experience across a wide range of asset classes, including office, industrial and multi-family buildings, senior housing (including land lease communities), vacant/development lands and mixed-use properties.

Sarah advises clients with portfolios across Canada and cross-border clients, including real estate investment trusts, pension funds, private equity funds and asset managers. She regularly acts on secured financings, including syndicated facilities, mortgage financing and construction loans, representing financial institutions, statutory not-for-profit organizations, international and private lenders, and a wide range of borrowers. Sarah also provides real estate advice on corporate transactions and reorganizations, and on insolvency and restructuring matters.
