Sean is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Montréal office.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate financing.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Université de Montréal. During his studies, Sean served as a law clerk to the Honorable Martin F. Sheehan at the Superior Court of Québec.
Before joining Osler, Sean was an associate at another major business law firm in Montréal.
