Sean practices corporate and commercial law, focusing primarily on the areas of corporate restructuring, secured transactions, distressed acquisitions and divestitures, the enforcement of debtor and creditor rights, liquidations, and bankruptcy. His experience includes representing debtor corporations, purchasers, lenders, and court officers in complex national and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.
Sean completed his articles with the firm in 2016 and subsequently joined the firm’s Insolvency & Restructuring Group. Sean also practiced corporate and commercial law at another leading firm, prior to rejoining Osler in 2024.
