Sefika is a law clerk in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office. She works in many areas of corporate law, including creating the organizational documents for the incorporation, amendment, amalgamation and dissolution of both Alberta and Federal corporations.
In addition, Sefika researches and prepares documents for the formation and maintenance of partnerships, business names and extra-provincial registrations, drafting corporate resolutions and related documents, maintaining and organizing minute books and managing databases.
Before living in Canada, Sefika worked as a Solicitor in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
