In his role as Chief of Strategic Enterprise Initiatives in Osler’s Legal Operations function, Simon oversees legal process improvement, practice technology and knowledge management initiatives of firm-wide application. He ensures Osler’s practice platforms enable continued excellence in client service. Simon is also responsible for oversight of library services at the Firm.
Prior to joining Osler, Simon was a Director of Knowledge & Research Services at another Canadian firm. Simon also served as Knowledge Management Lawyer at Osler in the Financial Services Group. Before taking on knowledge management roles, he was an associate in a large firm Financial Services practice.
