Sophie is an associate in the Technology Group of our Toronto office. She provides practical and strategic solutions that support clients’ business goals in corporate and commercial technology transactions.
Sophie works closely with a diverse range of clients, including startups at all stages in an array of industries. Sophie regularly supports clients in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including master services agreements, collaboration agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, data sharing agreements, and license agreements.
Outside of work, Sophie is a dedicated mentor, speaker, and enjoys teaching at law schools, including the Lawyer as Negotiator seminar at Osgoode Hall Law School.
