Sydney is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Sydney completed the J.D. program at Queen’s University. During her studies, she completed the International Business Law Program at the Bader International Study Centre, provided support to law students as an academic tutor, and served as the Managing Editor for Business and Marketing for the Queen’s Law Journal.
