Tamara Kljakic

Tamara is an associate in Osler's disputes group. She maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on corporate and securities litigation, class action defence, emerging and high growth company matters, and environmental, health and other regulatory disputes. Tamara also maintains a pro-bono practice advising athletes and coaches on sports related disputes before the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.

While in law school, Tamara worked as a research assistant to Professor Richard H. McLaren, O.C. focusing on insolvency and restructuring, secured transactions, sport law appeals and sport governance projects. Prior to obtaining her J.D. from Western University, Tamara earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Western University, double majoring in Psychology and Sociology/Criminology.

Tamara joined Osler as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022-2023.
