Teri MacDonald is the Director, Student Programs & Legal Recruitment at Osler. In this role, Teri is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s student program, including the recruitment, development, integration and performance management of summer and articling students. Teri also oversees the lateral associate recruitment in the Toronto office.
Prior to joining Osler, Teri was both a partner and a Director of Professional Development at leading regional law firms. She brings a breadth of experience in the legal industry and an expertise in identifying top talent at both the student and lateral associate levels.
